What are my payment options?

Credit Cards
Moddiction accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. This includes debit cards with a MasterCard and Visa logo. For your protection, we security check all credit card orders. You will need to enter the full billing address for the credit card as well as the security code on the back of the card, in order for your card to be approved. Because of policies with our credit card company's, all orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.
Moddiction does accept PayPal as long as the address in the PayPal account is a confirmed address. Because of PayPal policies Moddiction can only accept orders to addresses that have been confirmed.
Wire Transfers
Moddiction does accept wire transfers. In order to send please contact our sales staff for sending instructions.

Money Orders and Cashiers Checks

Is my order secure?
Shopping with Moddiction is safe and secure. We use the most advanced and up-to-date form of data encryption on the market today. It is actually safer to buy online with Moddiction than it is to buy from most local retail shops or even over the phone! 

Does Moddiction price match?
Whenever possible we will match or beat a competitors price on a same product. Item must be in stock at time of price match. We do not match clearance items or promotional free items. I don't have a credit card, can I still order from Moddiction?
Yes, you can order from Moddiction without a credit card, Moddiction accepts certified money orders & cashiers checks as well as Paypal using your bank account. In order to send money order, please call or contact our sales staff so we may put the parts aside for you.

Your order may have to ship to your billing address if your credit card prompts us to. We will contact you if this is the case. This is done for your safety, as any item shipped to a non-billing address cannot be insured if lost.

  • What does it mean when a product is backordered? 
    Occasionally, a backorder will happen even with our large inventory and ever growing distribution chains. Once in a while, the demand for certain items may overwhelm the manufacturer's ability to keep us supplied with adequate stock. In situations like this, we make every effort to to cross-reference the part to a comparable manufacturer's line. If cross-referencing is not an option, and you have to wait for a part, you can keep the part on order or cancel the order for a full refund. 

    What does it mean when a product is special order?
    Some products that we offer are special order. Those products are not always designated through-out the online store, so please consult with a sales associate. We will usually email you, along with a phone call, to let you know if the item is special order. We do no stock them because of low demand and limited warehouse space. You are free to order these items but please do understand that they are not in-stock and it can take up to four weeks for the item to ship to you. We will update you once we know a confirmed date on when the item is expected to arrive, and again when it ships when we send you a tracking number. No exchanges, refunds, or store credit will be issued on any special order item, all sales are final. 

    Explain free shipping. offers free shipping within the continental US on all orders $150 and over on all orders excluding a few over sized parts that have to ship freight. If an item needs to be returned the shipping costs are deducted from any refunds. For international orders or orders to Alaska and Hawaii please contact our sales team to place your order or for a shipping quote. 

    Can I order faster shipping?
    We will gladly accommodate most priority shipping requirements in the continental US, such as Next Day, 2-Day, an 3-Day when ever possible. Priority shipping will be extra and is not included in the free shipping option.

    Does Moddiction ship internationally?
    Moddiction does offer international shipping. Please contact us for a shipping quote. We offer USPS, UPS, Fedex and DHL international shipping options. 

    All international orders must be from either a confirmed address (Paypal) or the shipping and billing address must match on the used credit or debit card. 


    Tracking numbers will send you a tracking number same or next day direct to the email you used when placing your order. Free shipping orders are usually shipped with either USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or Fedex Ground. The method your order was shipped will be noted in the tracking number email you recieve. 

    How long before I receive my order?
    Most items are shipped using UPS ground or Fedex Ground. Ground shipping can take up to 6 days to the west coast and up to 4 days to the east coast. Once you receive a tracking number from us you will be able to track the order through either the UPS or FedEx website. The tracking number will give you updated information on your packages status and an estimated arrival date. We are located in Northeast PA. Most in stock items will reach northeast in 1-2 days. South east in 2-3 days. West coast is usually 5 days. Sometimes we will ship from manufacturer or warehouse on west coast to have your item arrive to you faster. 

    How do I cancel my order that has not been shipped?
    In order to cancel an order you must email We will need order number, email address or first and last name to process a refund prior to shipping. If the item was a special order that has already been ordered in there are no cancellations allowed. 

    How do I return or exchange a product(s)? 
    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. The following rules apply:

    • Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
    • Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
    • Shipping Fees (Both inboung and outbound) are non-refundable.
    • Original actual cost of shipping will be calculated into the returned amount
    • All Clutch Masters items new or open carry a mandatory 25% restocking fee set forth by the manufacture.
    • You must contact us for an RMA prior to returning the order. All returned orders without an RMA number will not be accepted. 
    • The RMA Number Must be Posted on the returned box

    Non-Returnable Items:
                Any special order items, custom made orders, opened items, used items, any fluids (oils, brake fluid, coolant etc.


    To return a product, you must contact us at and ask for an RMA number. Once we create an RMA number for your return we will send it to you. This must be placed inside the return as well as on the outside of the box. Item must be brand new still sealed in box to be eligible for a return. 


    There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:

    Option 1 (Slower) – Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is difference in price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.

    Option 2 (Faster) – Order the new part online or over the phone so it can be shipped to you right away. Then request an RMA using a standard Return Procedure for the part you would like to return. Upon return of the part a refund will be issued promptly.

    How will I get my refund or credit?
    After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, Paypal). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus original actual shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
    Moddiction will not refund any labor, installation or similar charges you may have spent. 

    I was charged for my complete order but did not receive everything!
    Moddiction stocks most parts however occasionally a certain item may be out of stock or shipping direct from manufacturer. In this case we will sometimes ship out the in stock parts first and then once we receive the other item/s we will ship those out separately. 

    My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
    Damage during shipping is extremely rare but please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the shipping company that delivered the item. Moddiction does not handle any damage claims as that is handled by the shipping company. If the part appears defective or damaged and not caused by delivery please contact us to resolve the issue. 


    You sent me the wrong part, how do I get what I need?
    In the unlikely event this happens, please contact us at and we will make sure we get you the correct part and an RMA number to return the incorrect item you received. 

    My part broke, how can I get a new one?
    Each manufactures varies when it comes to replacing broken parts. The best thing to do is to contact them first to find out their normal procedure and policies regarding broken products. As long as the part is still under warranty, Moddiction will assist you in any way we can to get the part repaired or replaced. 

    What is your stock policy?
    We stock as much as possible ready for immediate shipping however sometimes an item may be out of stock or back-ordered. 90%+ items are in stock ready to ship out same or next day depending on order time. Some items may ship direct from manufacturer. This is sometimes as they are made per order or other times the manufacturer will be closer to you and allow the product to arrive even faster than if we shipped it direct from our warehousre. 

    I changed my mind, and I no longer want the parts
    It is common that you may want something different. Make sure the product is in brand new condition as explained above in the returns section.
